Roanoke is in Virginia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Roanoke is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Virginia's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Upon my visit to BJ’s last night, a man named Tyler went above and beyond to get an item that was in stock but not on the shelf. He showed great customer service!

Store is always clean, well stocked, and staff are very friendly. Plenty of handicapped parking directly in front of the store.

Wife was picking up an online order and giving the amount of money spent they couldn’t even find boxes to put the things in, was just put in the back of the van. While the person was loading her van got a call on walkie-talkie asking him a question he responded by saying “as soon as I finish loading this crap” I’ll be in very rude then she had to go back because he forgot to put the case of water in the van so same guy same shitty attitude if he don’t like his job go work at McDonald’s. Doubt we will be using them again.
